Grassdoe

I don't even remember how I found Grassdoe, but I've been addicted to the blog and keep checking back for new pictures. I like to picture myself in every shot and try to imagine what the air must smell like, or how it must feel like against my skin... creepy or dreamy?

The photographer seems to follow the same group of people around as they seem to live the ideal life - in the woods, eating straight out of the forest all the while being photographed in what seems like heavenly environments.

Check the rest out on the Blog here...

Le 9e arrondissement de Paris

Katie from Thank You, Ok has recently come back from Paris and brought with her loads of pictures with the tastiest treats you'll ever lay your eyes on.  Jealousy wouldn't even begin to describe my feelings for her trip and I yearn to make it over to Paris some time soon.  I'm sure I'd come back at least 20 pounds heavier but I think it would be sooo worth it...

For more pics, please visit her blog. They're such a treat to go through.

Love the colour in these looks, and doesn't that last necklace look so much like this one? Jamie is always doing such amazing stuff... check out the rest of the lookbook on her tumblr!

New York

These are from my NY trip from February.

I wish i could have taken photos of every single wicked thing, store, person I saw in New York, but  it was the first time I used my camera, and I should have brought a different lens, and I kept forgetting that the camera was even around, and blah blah blah. At least I'm just an hour flight away and plan on going back when it gets warmer - it was +18 on the first day, but dropped quickly into the negatives, with a mean combo of wind and snow, so there's another reason for the lack of photos.

Anyways, I love this city. You can check out places I visited (and plan on visiting) here.  If anyone else has any suggestions let me know :)

Claire Cottrell via Closet Visit

Not unlike The Coveteur, Closet Visit lets everyone visit creative, inspiring and stylish people's closets.  Of course being the creeper that I am, I love anything of this style and have already gone through every album.

What I love about this site are the interviews with each visit - it's a great way to get inspired visually as well as through each person's likes and interests.

Check it out, I also loved Bo Carney and Sue Tsai - they've got wicked style!

VINTAGE BY COLOUR + A FEW OF JAPAN

There's something appealing (and calming?) when looking at things that are neat and organized and all in the same colour family. What's that about? Is it just me? And I'm not even that neat but seriously, I love these photos below by the super talented Hilda Grahnat (and yeah, she's Swedish so obvi talented and cute.)

She also has some amazing photos from her trip to Japan. I must have looked at them a dozen times, remembering my year in Shanghai and loving all of the colours and the chinese characters advertising who-knows-what on every surface.

Make sure you go through all of her portfolio images, esp Interior and Film.

BRUNCH

I had brunch with some good friends whom I hadn't seen in ages last Sunday. We originally wanted to go to the Cowbell but they had stopped serving brunch by the time we arrived. Good thing Parts and Labour was right next door... All I can say is that we were very well fed.

Check out their menu here.

THE COVETEUR

(Pamela Love's Studio: Teen Vogue x The Coveteur from here.)

I've been a huge fan of The Coveteur since it's very beginnings when my friend Elizabeth introduced me to the website a few months ago. And funny enough, that's exactly how old the now crazy-popular site is.  I'm not surprised though, their amazing eye for colour and texture mixed with fantastic styling and that oh-so-wonderful ability to give us all a little sneak peek into the most coveted wardrobes and spaces out there is a serious pop culture combo that was a set to explode. The best part? They update their site pretty much every day, so it's an addiction that can easily top my blog routine every morning.
